New To Blogging

I have never been comfortable with the idea of blogging. I have read friends’ blogs while travelling in other countries as a way to keep up with what is going on. However, on a daily basis, I have never kept up with other people’s blogs. I see it as a way for people to express their opinions about things, and I have honestly never been interested enough in the beliefs and opinions of strangers to try to read their blogs. I am not sure how I will respond to blogging myself on a regular basis, but I do suspect, or at least hope, that with blogging myself, I will gain a better understand of the current blogging culture.
